1. Nature of the Offer
This package is a prepaid rental bundle offering a total of 90 nights of accommodation at the Albatros Apartment in Golf del Sur, Tenerife, to be used within 24 months from the first check-in date.

This package does not confer any ownership rights, legal usage rights, or timeshare-like claims over the property.

2. Eligibility & Use

• The package is available to individuals over 18 years of age.
  
  

• Stays may be used by the purchaser or assigned to family/friends on their behalf.
  
  

• All stays are subject to advance booking and apartment availability.
  
  

• Use of the apartment must comply with local rules and house regulations.
  
  

3. Winter Season Limitations

• Stays between December 15 and February 28 are limited to a total of 18 nights within this period per 2-year cycle.
  
  

4. Booking & Cancellations

• Guests may book any available dates within the valid period.
  
  

• Bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 7 days before check-in.
  
  

• Cancellations within 7 days will count toward the 90-night total.
  
  

5. Price and Payment

• The package is a one-time, non-refundable payment of £4,500.
  
  

• Your first stay (up to £250 value) will be credited if you decide to enroll in the 90 Days Deal.
  
  

• All bookings under this deal are exempt from further nightly charges.
  
  

• A cleaning fee will be charged separately per stay (£50 or €60).
  
  

6. Extensions

• Unused days after 2 years may be rolled over if a renewal is purchased under the same rate of £50 per night.
  
  

• Renewal is optional and subject to availability and continued offering of the package.
  
  

7. Legal and Tax

• The apartment is rented in compliance with Spanish tourist rental regulations.
  
  

• The provider declares this income under Spanish tax law as required.
  
  

• This offer does not fall under Spanish timeshare legislation (Real Decreto-ley 8/2012) and does not provide any right of long-term use or shared ownership.
